It’s amazing how much of our daily life — from how we eat to how we react — is influenced by old subconscious “routines.”
These patterns can quietly shape our choices, our cravings, and even our confidence.
When you bring them to light, you can clear what no longer serves you — and make space for something brand new. 🌿
💜 The Subconscious: Where It All Begins
“Your subconscious stores beliefs and values. It determines your memories and monitors the information all around you, deciding what to send to the conscious mind — and what to store for later.”
We have over 60,000 thoughts per day, and nearly 80% are negative.
Your subconscious doesn’t filter or question — it simply believes what you tell it.
That’s why we often repeat patterns, even when we “know better.”
The subconscious is still following an old script.

🌸 Beliefs, Values, and Memories That Keep Us Stuck
Think about some of the beliefs that may have quietly influenced your relationship with food:
“I can’t have just one chip — I’ll eat the whole bag.”
“At parties, I need to grab dessert before it’s gone.”
“I have to eat until I’m absolutely full.”
🌿 The Socratic Shift: Rewriting Your Beliefs
When you catch a thought that feels limiting, pause and walk yourself through this gentle process:
1. Catch the Thought.
“I always fail at staying consistent.”
2. Ask: “Do I believe that?”
Be honest. Awareness is the first step.
3. Ask Why.
Where did it come from? Is it still serving me?
4. Ask: “What do I want to believe instead?”
Write it down, repeat it often, and feel it as truth.

“I can enjoy a few chips and feel satisfied.”
“I’m learning to honor my hunger without guilt.”
“Consistency gets easier as I focus on how I want to feel.”

Beliefs are not permanent.
They are simply stories waiting to be rewritten.

Close your eyes.
Recall a moment when you felt genuinely successful — proud, strong, or joyful.
Feel that energy.
Smile and let it fill you up.
Add a Physical Anchor
Make a fist
Squeeze your thumb to your index finger
Clasp your hands
Snap your fingers
Hug Yourself
Whatever feels natural to you.
This becomes your signal for success.

Each time you repeat that small motion, your body remembers that powerful feeling.
