As we are actively engaging and changing our subconscious, change is not an effort on the surface; rather, it flows from our beliefs and repeated actions.

The other thing you hear a lot is that to lose weight you need to give up everything you like, as with pizza and dessert. I like to follow the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the time focus on macro nutrients, then when you want a treat, have it: up to 20 percent of your food intake.


When you know that you can have whatever you want, you avoid deprivation and feelings that lead to binge eating or even giving up on your goals altogether. In this way, you get to keep things balanced and have your favorite foods with no guilt, while you remain on track with your healthy journey .

While achieving healthier habits, reinforcing positive messages to your subconscious can make a big difference. Here comes the play for affirmations and visualization techniques. Every time you repeat this visualization, you send positive messages to your subconscious mind. It only believes what we tell it.
