Meet Your Guide
I am your guide, Shoshanna Richek (rye-check), living in the magical city of Charleston, South Carolina since 1997. Raised in the Boston suburbs, I've also lived in Los Angeles, CA, Stamford, CT, and Madrid, Spain. I am an accomplished business woman with a diverse entrepreneurial background. My passion for health and wellness was always my focus.
Throughout my life, I've been fascinated with nutrition, neuroscience, fitness, and a positive mindset. I am a natural problem solver and I love being the spark that assists people with their greatness.
I am so confident in this proven approach; your satisfaction is guaranteed with a full refund (as long as you follow the prescribed tracking and communication).
MY PURPOSE
My purpose starts with my struggle.
To help women find their own nutritional rhythm and live happily with good health and feelings of deserving, self-love and self-worth.
I lived with varying degrees of binge eating from the age of eight to twenty-five; and emotional eating for most of my life. I joined Weight Watchers when I was 11 years old and went to Overeaters Anonymous in my twenties.
Even when my weight was “normal,” I wasn’t.
Being uncomfortable in my own skin and self conscious about how I showed up, pushed me to focus on nutrition, emotional well being, behaviors, and habits.
MY MISSION
To support women who want to have a healthy relationship with food, guiding them on their personal nutritional journey while helping them feel empowered to take the best care of themselves.
I am on a mission to help women who are serious about finally ending the emotional eating roller coaster.
My dad's side of the family was plagued with cancer. My dad is the only one of his eight siblings who lived without cancer for nearly 95 years! Of course, this was a concern that kept me motivated to be like my dad:
MY BREAKTHROUGH
Over ten years ago, a mentor taught me how to literally flip the switch in my being and replace self-sabotaging emotions and behaviors with empowering ones. This instantly improved my relationship with food and made losing weight and keeping it off almost effortless and automatic, along with improving my self-image.
It's been over 10 years since transforming my relationship with food, and my mind is made up; I'll never go back.
I have since become a Certified Advanced Clearing Practitioner (Subconscious Clearing and Empowerment) and completed an intense education through Functional Nutrition Alliance to be Certified in Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Counseling.
MY VISION
To be a source of compassionate support for women who want to end emotional eating, and feel empowered with their nutritional knowledge, beliefs and emotions.
Today, I focus on helping people like you drastically improve their relationship with food and healthy lifestyle goals, and make them permanent. Let's all live a long and healthy life, together.
I'm glad you're here and if you'd like to learn more about how I will help you dramatically improve your health and nutrition, SCHEDULE YOUR FREE HEALTHY RHYTHM STRATEGY SESSION.

I believe that getting to the root of emotional issues requires peaceful communication with the subconscious. That is our soul-consciousness. I use guided meditations to help clients with this process. This is what makes the big difference for lasting results.
