Having a healthy relationship with food is tough. Believe me, I know it! I spent most of my life in a cycle of emotional eating. It impacted my confidence, my health, and my daily life.
I tried everything: diets, books, professional help. I went to Weight Watchers and Overeaters Anonymous. Nothing worked. Until about 10 years ago when I looked beyond the food. It was less about what I was eating and what was eating at me. When I got to the root cause of my issue, I was suddenly free!
Basically, I'm all about helping people feel amazing through better health and a healthier relationship with food. I also work with companies to make their workplaces happier and healthier for everyone.
The path to overcoming emotional eating isn't about willpower alone. It's about a journey of self-discovery. Understanding the 'why' behind those patterns is where true freedom begins. By exploring the roots of your emotional eating and binging, you can build a healthier and more peaceful relationship with food.
As a Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor, I combine holistic nutrition (not diets!) with a deep look into your subconsciousness (a fancy word for looking inside).
